While most use-cases will probably not be affected by the fair use terms, we do reserve the right to ask you to start paying for your use if you start hitting limits like serving hundreds of unique (and therefore not cached) icons a minute.

Since you don't need an account to use the free tier of Icon Horse, we will make a best-effort attempt to find contact details for any site serving icons that engorge our bandwidth.

If we cannot reach you, we may eventually block for example an IP or a hostname. Again, most use-cases will not trigger this problem.
